Vacancy Details

1. Chief Project Manager

• Number of Posts & Location: 01 – Jaipur

• Pay Level: Level-14 (7th CPC)

• Tenure: 3 years + 2 years extension (up to 5 years)

• Eligibility:

  • SAG/NFSAG/SG IRSE officers with minimum 17 years of regular Group ‘A’ service

  • Experience in Land Management, Real Estate, or Contract Management

• Perks & Allowances:

  • One scale higher or deputation allowance (if same grade)

  • Retention of government accommodation

  • TADK / Caretaker allowance

  • Liberal lease facility including self-lease

  • Conveyance allowance / official vehicle

  • Medical facilities, soft furnishing allowance, electricity allowance

2. Joint General Manager (Civil) / Deputy General Manager (Civil)

• Number of Posts & Location: 01 – Bhopal

• Pay Levels:

  • JGM – Level-13 (7th CPC)

  • DGM – Level-12 (7th CPC)

• Tenure: 5 years (3 years + 2 years, extendable by VC/RLDA)

• Eligibility:

  • JGM: Officers working on analogous posts or in Pay Level 13/12 of IRSE cadre, or Civil Engineering officers in equivalent posts with 9 years of Group ‘A’ service

  • DGM: Officers in analogous posts or Group ‘A’/’B’ Gazetted officers in Pay Level 12/11 from Civil Engineering cadre of Indian Railways / Central / State Govt / PSUs / Statutory Authorities with a Degree (6 years service) or Diploma (15 years experience)

• Desirable Experience:

  • Planning & execution of land/estate projects

  • Tendering and land management experience

  • Computer knowledge

• Perks & Allowances:

  • One scale higher or deputation allowance (if same grade)
