RVNL Invites Applications for Multiple Deputation Posts in Finance, S&T and Civil

New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has released four vacancy notifications on 8 September 2026 for filling various posts on deputation basis. Interested eligible officers can apply within 30 days from the date of issue.

1. Sr. Manager / Manager (Finance) – 1 Post

• Location: Nagpur

• Vacancy Notice: 2026/RVNL/59-FIN

• Department: Finance & Accounts

• Age: Below 56 years

• Pay: Parent pay + deputation allowance

• Preference: Experience in CPSEs/Government organisations executing infrastructure projects

Eligibility

• Sr. Manager (Level-10 CDA / IDA E-3): Analogous grade or Level-9 Group B (Gazetted) or IDA E-2 for 4 years

• Manager (Level-8 CDA / IDA E-2): Analogous grade or IDA E-2 or IDA E-1 for 4 years

2. Sr. Deputy General Manager (S&T) – 4 Posts

• Locations: Chandigarh, Bhopal, Hubli, Kolkata (1 post each)

• Vacancy Notice: 2026/RVNL/58-S&T

• Department: IRSSE / S&T

• Age: Below 56 years

• Preference: Experience in planning, execution and management of infrastructure projects in CPSEs, PSUs, NCRTC, Metro Rail or Central/State Government organisations

Eligibility (Level-12 CDA / IDA E-5): Analogous grade or Sr. Scale (Level-11) or Group B (Level-10) with 10 years Group B service or IDA E-4 for 4 years

3. Addl. General Manager / Joint General Manager (S&T) – 3 Posts

• Locations: Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Rishikesh (1 post each)

• Vacancy Notice: 2026/RVNL/57-S&T

• Department: IRSSE / S&T

• Age: Below 56 years

Eligibility

• AGM (Level 13-A CDA / IDA E-7): Analogous grade or Level-13 with 12-14 years Group A service or IDA E-6 for 4 years

• JGM (Level-13 CDA / IDA E-6): Analogous grade or Level-12 with 8-12 years Group A service or IDA E-5 for 4 years

4. General Manager / Addl. General Manager (Civil) – 1 Post (Highway Projects)

• Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi

• Vacancy Notice: 2026/RVNL/56-CIVIL

• Department: IRSE / Civil Engineering

• Age: Below 58 years (GM) / Below 56 years (AGM)

• Preference: Hands-on experience in NH/SH/Expressway/Access-Controlled Highway projects under EPC, HAM or BOT contracts with NHAI, NHIDCL, MoRTH etc.

Eligibility

• GM (Level-14 CDA / IDA E-8): Analogous grade or Level-13 with 17 years Group A service or IDA E-7 for 4 years

• AGM (Level 13-A CDA / IDA E-7): Analogous grade or Level-13 with 12-14 years Group A service or IDA E-6 for 4 years
