Engineers India Limited JV RFCL CEO S. Manoharan Wins CEO of the Year Award in Mumbai

Mumbai: Shri S. Manoharan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ramagundam Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL), has been honoured with the prestigious CEO of the Year award at the Business Leader of the Year Awards ceremony held in Mumbai.

RFCL is a joint venture of Engineers India Limited (EIL), National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL). The recognition acknowledges Shri Manoharan’s leadership, strategic vision and contribution to operational excellence in the fertilizer sector.

Under his leadership, RFCL has strengthened its production capabilities and reinforced its role in supporting India’s agricultural and food security framework. The award reflects his commitment to driving organizational growth, efficiency and sustainable industrial practices.
