Great Place To Work® certification was awarded following an extensive evaluation of employee feedback and workplace practices. A remarkable 96% of SJVN employees participated in Trust Index Survey, rating the organization highly on key parameters such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The survey allowed SJVN to analyze and understand experiences of its workforce comprehensively. The survey also provided valuable insights to SJVN Management enabling strategic and informed decisions to further enhance employee satisfaction.
