Bank of Baroda CGM Retires After 20+ Years With Bank
Mumbai: Bank of Baroda has announced the voluntary retirement of Saurabh Ravishankar Shukla, Chief General Manager (CGM) and Officer on Special Duty for IT Projects at the bank's Baroda Corporate Centre in Mumbai.
According to the bank's regulatory filing, Shukla's cessation took effect on August 31, 2026. The bank said the voluntary retirement was linked to his personal and professional aspirations.
Shukla had been associated with Bank of Baroda for more than two decades, working across Information Technology and digital functions and contributing to the bank's modernisation and transformation initiatives.
In his voluntary retirement application, Shukla said his tenure had provided opportunities to serve in diverse technology and digital roles and thanked the bank's leadership and colleagues for their support.
He also expressed his commitment to ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities before his retirement.
The change in senior management was disclosed by Bank of Baroda under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
