Bank of Baroda inaugurates Auction Facilitation Centre in Baroda City Region

Mumbai: Bank of Baroda has inaugurated an Auction Facilitation Centre in the Baroda City Region, Baroda Zone, aimed at providing comprehensive information and guidance on property auctions through a transparent, efficient and user-friendly approach.

The Centre was inaugurated by Shri Lal Singh, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, in the presence of Shri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, Chief Operating Officer; Shri Vinay Kumar Rathi, General Manager & Zonal Head, Baroda Zone; Shri Girish Manshani, Deputy General Manager – Business Development, Baroda Zone; and Shri Mehul Dave, Regional Head, Baroda City Region, along with other senior bank officials.

The Auction Facilitation Centre has been established as a single-window platform to provide end-to-end assistance for the auction of properties conducted under the SARFAESI Act. The Centre will offer support in information dissemination, process guidance and customer assistance, enabling interested buyers and stakeholders to navigate auction procedures with greater ease.

Designed to simplify and streamline auction-related processes, the facility is expected to enhance customer convenience while reinforcing Bank of Baroda’s commitment to transparency, efficiency and service excellence in recovery and asset resolution mechanisms.

The initiative aligns with the bank’s broader focus on improving customer engagement and strengthening trust through clear communication and accessible service channels.
