Mumbai, 31 August 2026: Central Bank of India has confirmed the timely payment of annual interest amounting to ₹132 crore to eligible holders of its Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds – Series VI (ISIN: INE483A08049).
The bank made the disclosure under Regulation 57(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
