NTPC Ltd to bid farewell to four Executive Director from Board on 31 August 2026

New Delhi, 31 August 2026: State-owned NTPC Ltd. has shared an intimation regarding the change in senior management and the cessation of the tenure of the four senior management personnel from the board.

1. Ms. Renu Narang

2. Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal

3. Shri E Satya Phani Kumar

4. Shri Dilip Kaibortta

The position from which the above officials are retired is Executive Director (Senior Management). It has been informed through bourses that the officers will be superannuating on 31st August 2026.
