Mumbai: ICICI Bank Limited has allotted 376,461 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000 (ESOS 2000) on February 27, 2026.
The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors at 10:52 a.m. on the same day, pursuant to powers delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 21, 2023.
