South Central Railway officer takes charge at Centre for Railway Information Systems, New Delhi

New Delhi: The Ministry of Railways has approved the deputation of Shri Satya Prakash (IRSS), currently Dy.CMM at South Central Railway, Secunderabad, to the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) in New Delhi.
Shri Prakash, born on 21 June 1987, will assume the position of Manager (EPS) at CRIS for a period of five years or until further orders, subject to the Government’s approval regarding exemption from the rule of immediate absorption.
The officer is expected to be relieved from his current duties at South Central Railway to take up this key assignment in the national IT wing of Indian Railways. The deputation aligns with the Government’s broader efforts to strengthen technological and digital capabilities in the railway sector.
Copies of the deputation orders have been forwarded to the Managing Director, CRIS, and various senior officials of the Railway Board, ensuring smooth coordination and timely handover of responsibilities.
