
Mumbai | 6 December 2025 ICICI Bank today announced that its subsidiary, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI Prudential AMC), has filed its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana for its forthcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO).
According to the filing, the IPO will comprise up to 4.89 crore equity shares of face value ₹1 each, offered entirely through an Offer for Sale (OFS) by Prudential Corporation Holdings. The offer also includes a reservation of up to 24.48 lakh equity shares for eligible ICICI Bank shareholders.

ICICI Bank currently holds 51% stake in ICICI Prudential AMC, while Prudential Corporation Holdings owns the remaining 49%.

As of 30 September 2025, the AMC managed quarterly average AUM of ₹10.87 lakh crore, served 1.55 crore investors, and managed 143 mutual fund schemes, supported by over three decades of fund management expertise.
ICICI Bank, India’s second-largest private sector bank, continues to strengthen its leadership across retail, SME and corporate banking domains. For Q2 FY26, the bank reported a 5.21% YoY growth in standalone net profit to ₹12,358.89 crore, with total income rising 3.39% YoY to ₹49,333.49 crore.
Shares of ICICI Bank closed 0.40% higher at ₹1,392 on 5 December 2025.
