Kotak Mahindra Bank Allots 8.31 Lakh Equity Shares Under ESOP Schemes

Mumbai, January 20, 2026: Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has allotted 8,30,630 equity shares of face value ₹1 each following the exercise of employee stock options under its Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2015 and Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2023.

The bank informed stock exchanges that the allotment was approved by its Large Expenditure and Share Transfer and Other Matters Committee on January 19, 2026.

ESOP Allotment Details

The shares were allotted across multiple ESOP series and tranches, including:

• ESOP Scheme Series 2015/30 (4th Tranche): 3,32,635 shares

• ESOP Scheme Series 2015/33 (4th Tranche): 39,000 shares

• ESOP Scheme Series 2015/39 (3rd Tranche): 24,125 shares

• ESOP Scheme Series 2015/40 (2nd & 3rd Tranche): 3,98,200 shares

• ESOP Scheme Series 2015/42 (2nd Tranche): 5,000 shares

• ESOP Scheme Series 2023/01 (2nd Tranche): 31,670 shares

Following the allotment, the bank’s paid-up equity share capital stands increased accordingly.
