Kotak Mahindra Bank Grants 1.39 Lakh Employee Stock Options
Kotak Mahindra Bank announces grant of 1.39 lakh ESOPs under ESOP Scheme 2023 to reward employees and encourage long-term value creation.
Mumbai, January 12, 2026: Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has granted 1,39,170 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to eligible employees under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2023 (ESOP Scheme 2023).
The grant was approved by the bank’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee today. The options will vest in three tranches:

33.33% on January 15, 2027

33.33% on January 15, 2028

33.34% on January 15, 2029
Each option entitles the employee to one equity share of Rs. 5. Employees can exercise their vested options within one year from the respective vesting date.
The ESOP grant is part of the bank’s initiative to reward employees and encourage long-term value creation.
