Mumbai: South Indian Bank has announced a change in its senior management, with Sanchay Kumar Sinha, Chief General Manager (CGM) & Head – Unsecured Assets and Wealth Management, retiring from the bank effective August 31, 2026.

According to the bank’s regulatory filing, Sinha retired after the closure of office hours on August 31, 2026, following the completion of his term of appointment.

The bank said his last working day was August 31, 2026, in accordance with the terms of his employment.

South Indian Bank added that it is well-positioned to ensure continuity in the management of the requirements of the role. The disclosure did not announce a successor for the position.
