A significant milestone came in April 2012, when Dua became the first officially designated full-time CFO of GAIL Gas Limited. She later moved into leadership roles in Internal Audit and was elevated to Executive Director (Internal Audit) in April 2023.

Focus on Audit and Governance

During her tenure in Internal Audit, Dua contributed to strengthening GAIL's audit and governance framework. One of her key initiatives was driving the implementation of the Audit Management System (AMS), aimed at improving efficiency, transparency and rigour in internal audit processes.

GAIL said her career reflected professional excellence, financial stewardship and a strong commitment to governance.

With her superannuation, the company thanked Dua for her contributions and dedicated service, while wishing her good health, happiness and success in the next chapter of her life.
