Union Bank of India Issues Strike Intimation for September & October 2026
Mumbai, 9 September 2026: Union Bank of India has informed the stock exchanges about strike notices served by various bank unions on multiple issues.

Impact on Operations
If the strikes materialise, the functioning of the Bank’s branches and administrative offices across India may be affected. The Bank has stated that it is taking all necessary steps as per existing guidelines to manage the situation and ensure smooth operations.
As of now, the Bank is unable to quantify the financial or operational impact of the proposed strikes.
The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
