ACC approves several appointments and recommendations in different organizations

New Delhi, 12 November 2025: The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved major recommendations and appointments in different organizations and ministries.
The government has ex-post facto approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director at India Trade Promotion Organization, Ministry of Commerce & Industry to Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS (HY:2000), Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry from 25.10.2025 till assumption of the charge of the post of Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organization, Ministry of Commerce & Industry by Shri Neeraj Kharwal, IAS (UK:07), or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
The government has also approved the proposal of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for entrustment of additional charge of the post Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) (JS level), National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC) to Shri Anil Kumar, Chief General Manager, National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC), Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for a period of six months w.e.f. 12.09.2025 to 11.03.2026 or till regular appointment to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
Further, Ms. Nalina Sofia T, IRS (C&IT) (2010), has been selected for appointment as Director in the NITI Aayog, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier. She would be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the NITI Aayog, Delhi.
