Government approves premature repatriation of two officers

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Commerce for premature repatriation of Shri Siddharth Mahajan, IAS (RJ:2003), Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce to his parent cadre with imposition of extended 'cooling off.
The government has also approved the proposal of the Ministry of Defence for premature repatriation of Shri Ajay Kumar, IAS (GJ:2006), Joint Secretary, Department of Defence to his parent cadre w.e.f. 31.12.2025 (AN) with imposition of extended 'cooling off.
