Nilabhra Dasgupta appointed as Deputy Chairperson of Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla
New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri Nilabhra Dasgupta (IRS Officer of 2008 batch) with the curtailment of the tenure of the deputation post as Deputy Chairperson, Paradip Port Authority, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.
Further, cabinet approves the appointment of Shri Nilabhra Dasgupta, IRS (IT: 2008) on lateral shift basis, from the post of Deputy Chairperson, Paradip Port Authority (Non-CSS post), to the post of Deputy Chairperson, Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla (Non-CSS post), under Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways on deputation basis, for the period up to 10.05.2028 (i.e., the combined deputation tenure of 5 years outside the cadre), or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
