GAIL (India) Limited marked Wellness Week 2026, observed from January 12 to 16, across all its work centres, reinforcing its commitment to building a healthy, balanced, and people-centric workplace.

Organised under the theme “Swasthya Se Sadhna – Harmony of Body, Mind, and Soul,” the initiative focused on promoting holistic well-being encompassing physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual harmony.

Leadership Emphasis on Holistic Wellness

The Wellness Week was inaugurated at GAIL’s Corporate Office by Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), who highlighted the growing impact of the organisation’s flagship wellness initiative Spandan (स्पंदन). He encouraged employees to adopt holistic wellness practices not only at work but also within their families, emphasizing that well-being is a shared responsibility.

Highlights of Wellness Week 2026

  • Day 1: Mindfulness and meditation sessions to enhance mental clarity and emotional resilience.

  • Day 2: Physical vitality activities, including team-based fitness and engagement programmes.

  • Day 3: Nutrition and healing sessions featuring healthy meal demonstrations and awareness talks.

The remaining days continued with interactive wellness engagements, witnessing enthusiastic participation from employees across locations.
