New Delhi: Shares of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) are in focus as the company has updated an intimation of Board Meeting for considering Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025.
According to the exchange filing, it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Thursday, January 15, 2026, inter-alia to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), is a part of ONGC which is under the ownership of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
MRPL shares are closed at Rs 142.46, down by 1.21% at BSE.
