NALCO declares Record Date for Final Dividend for FY25
New Delhi, August 28, 2025: State-owned National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) in its Board Meeting has declared the record date for the final dividend payment for the financial year 2024-25. The Record Date for the purpose of declaration of final dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 has been fixed as Friday, 19th September, 2025.

The company has approved payment of 2nd Interim dividend @ Rs. 4/- per share (80% on Face value of Rs. 5/- each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 918.32 crore for the financial year 2024-25.
