EV Charging Providers, Exicom-Tele-Systems shares hit a 5% upper circuit on Friday, January 24, after the company secured a Rs 1,412.48-crore advance purchase order (APO) from Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd.
This order pertains to the supply of telecom equipment, including power systems and racks, along with a 10-year maintenance contract for the BharatNet Phase III project in Uttar Pradesh, according to an exchange filing.

The total order value includes capital expenditure (Capex) of Rs 1,004.97 crore and operational expenditure (Opex) of Rs 407.51 crore. The company’s involvement in BharatNet Phase III supports the government’s efforts to enhance digital connectivity across rural and underserved regions in India, the filing added.
The stock opened higher at Rs 237.05 apiece on the BSE and surged 5% to touch an intraday high of Rs 244.1 on Friday.
