BE Semiconductor Industries Reports 105% Jump in Q4 Orders on Data Center Demand

New Delhi: BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (Euronext: BESI) has reported a strong rebound in business momentum, announcing preliminary fourth-quarter 2025 orders of approximately €250 million, marking a 43% rise over Q3-25 and a remarkable 105% increase compared with Q4-24.

The Dutch semiconductor assembly equipment manufacturer attributed the surge largely to robust demand from Asian subcontractors, particularly for 2.5D data-center applications, along with new capacity investments by leading photonics customers.

The company also confirmed that expected hybrid bonding orders were successfully converted into confirmed bookings during the quarter, further strengthening its order pipeline.

For the second half of 2025, Besi’s total orders reached approximately €425 million, representing a 63% increase compared with the first half of the year, reflecting accelerating recovery in advanced semiconductor packaging markets.

Looking ahead, the company stated that its Q4-25 revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses are all expected to land at the favorable end of previously communicated guidance, underlining management’s confidence in continued demand strength across its core technologies.
