NEW DELHI, GREATER NOIDA, November 24, 2025. NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited that focuses on renewable energy, has announced a new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) after the end of the current service period.
The company notified the stock exchanges that the RTA duties are moving from KFin Technologies Limited to Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited. NGEL said that KFin Technologies will keep providing services until electronic connections are fully transferred to Beetal and confirmations are received from both depositories, National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
The company also explained that a tripartite agreement between NGEL, KFin Technologies, and Beetal Financial will be signed as part of the transition. The effective date for this change will be announced to the stock exchanges after fulfilling regulatory requirements.
This announcement follows Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and includes the information required under SEBI’s circular issued on November 11, 2024.
