CMPDI formalized the project by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with HLL Management Academy of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, on January 20, 2026, at its headquarters in Ranchi. The agreement was signed by Dr. Shishir Dutta, Nodal Officer (CSR), CMPDI, and Mr. Shamnad Shamsudeen, Deputy Vice President, HLL Management Academy.

Project Scope and Impact
The "Anibhrit" project is designed to create a supportive ecosystem for menstrual hygiene in 85 government schools across Ramgarh district. Its comprehensive approach aims to directly benefit approximately 21,478 adolescent girls.

Key components of the initiative include:

  1. Infrastructure Development: Installation of sanitary napkin vending machines and incinerators in the identified schools to ensure easy access to products and safe, hygienic disposal.

  2. Product Distribution: Provision of 1,71,824 sanitary napkin packs to the girl students, addressing a critical need.

  3. Awareness and Education: Conducting targeted menstrual hygiene awareness sessions to dismantle stigma, spread knowledge, and promote healthy practices.

  4. Capacity Building: Training for school staff and students to ensure the project's principles are understood and sustained.

  5. Monitoring: A structured plan to monitor implementation and impact for long-term effectiveness.

Strategic Commitment to Community and Sustainability
Through "Anibhrit," CMPDI underscores its commitment to community health, gender equity, and sustainable development in its operational areas. By tackling the linked challenges of access, awareness, and waste management, the project aims to foster a healthier, more informed, and empowered young female population, contributing to better school attendance and overall well-being.
