CONCOR Signs MoU with VISL to Develop Container Freight Station at Vizhinjam
New Delhi Feb 23, 2026: Navratna CPSE Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has signed a non-binding and non-exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vizhinjam International Seaport Ltd (VISL), a Government of Kerala undertaking, for developing a Container Freight Station (CFS) near Vizhinjam International Seaport in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The MoU was signed on 23 February 2026 at Thiruvananthapuram.
Key Highlights of the MoU

The proposed CFS will be developed in the vicinity of Vizhinjam International Seaport.

VISL will provide land for the CFS on mutually agreed terms.

Both parties will collaborate to develop modern logistics infrastructure.
