NBCC Signs MoU with NFDC to Redevelop Siri Fort Auditorium Complex

New Delhi, July 3, 2025. NBCC (India) Limited announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) to renovate and redevelop the Siri Fort Auditorium Complex in New Delhi. This project falls under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and has been officially communicated to the BSE and NSE according to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The MoU was signed on July 2, 2025. NBCC will serve as the Project Management Consultant and will manage the entire project from concept to completion. The redevelopment will take place on a 5.5-acre site and aims to maintain the area’s cultural heritage while adding modern infrastructure in line with green building standards and heritage guidelines.

This partnership aims to turn the Siri Fort complex into a cultural venue that is accessible to everyone and a lively center for India’s creative industries. The improved facility is expected to strengthen the country’s cultural infrastructure and encourage public participation.
