New Delhi: On the sidelines of India Energy Week 2026, a significant collaboration took centre stage, as  two major Oil PSUs, ONGC and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 27 January 2026 to explore potential technical collaboration and assess partnership opportunities in upcoming exploration bid rounds.

The MoU was signed in the presence of ONGC Director (Strategy & Corporate Affairs), Arunangshu Sarkar  ONGC Director (Exploration) along with IOCL  Executive Director (E&P) A K Tiwari.
