Adani Power Appoints Puneet Bansal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Ahmedabad: Adani Power Limited has announced a key leadership transition in its senior management team. Mr. Deepak S Pandya, who has served as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since August 2015, will be superannuating from the company with effect from 31 March 2026.
Following his retirement, Mr. Puneet Bansal will assume the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 1 April 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Puneet Bansal is a seasoned Company Secretary and legal professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, organizational restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise risk management. He is also a strong advocate of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices.
