WAPCOS signs agreement with OHPC to provide PMC Services in Odisha
WAPCOS and OHPC on 6th June, 2025 at Bhubaneshwar in the presence of Mr. Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Odisha.
The Significant Contract agreement which is aimed to provide PMC Services for 600 MW Upper Indravati Pumped Storage Project, Odisha has been signed between WAPCOS and OHPC on 6th June, 2025 at Bhubaneshwar in the presence of Mr. Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Odisha.
The agreement was exchanged between Shri Amitabh Tripathi, Director (Commercial & HRD), WAPCOS and Shri A. K Mohanty, Director (Operation) OHPC.

Smt. Anu Garg, IAS,Development Commissioner cum Additional Chief Secretary, WRD and Planning and Convergence Department, Mr. Vishal Kumar Dev, IAS, Principal Secretary, Energy, from Government of Odisha , and senior officials from WAPCOS and OHPC were also present.
The Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC) is a Public Sector Undertaking of Government of Odisha which was incorporated with the objective of establishing, operating, maintaining, renovating & modernizing hydro, thermal and other forms of power generating station besides owning, developing and operating coal mines for supply of fuel to the thermal power stations.
