MEMBER (HR)
Ms. Nivedita Dubey is a distinguished officer of Airports Authority of India (AAI) known for her contributions in airport operations, industrial relations, and leadership. She joined AAI in 1995 as a Management Trainee/Airport Manager and has risen through the ranks with key assignments, including at Indira Gandhi International Airport and as Regional Executive Director (Eastern Region), Kolkata.
She assumed charge as Member (Human Resources) on 30 January 2026, becoming the first woman officer to be inducted into the AAI Board in this role. As Member (HR), she is responsible for formulating and implementing personnel policies, industrial relations, training & capacity building, workforce modernization, and commercial management functions.
