Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd.: Appointment of Part-Time Official Director (Govt. Nominee)

New Delhi: The Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI), Government of India, has issued an official order (F. No. 10-10(9)/2018-PE.I dated 13th January 2026) appointing Shri Kulbhushan Malhotra, Deputy Secretary, MHI, as Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee) on the Board of Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. (AYCL).

This appointment replaces Shri Brajesh Kumar Srivastava, Dy. Secretary, MHI, who has relinquished the post with effect from 13th January 2026. Shri Kulbhushan Malhotra will formally assume the Directorship upon receipt of his Director Identification Number (DIN), in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
