Brajesh Kumar Tripathy gets further extension as CVO at Coal India Ltd
New Delhi: Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy, the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Coal India Ltd., has been granted an extension of tenure for a further period of 2 years beyond 15.11.2025, i.e., up to 15.11.2027, or until further orders.
Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy, IRSE (1996 Exam Batch), assumed the charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Coal India Limited, Kolkata, on 16th November 2022. He did a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from MNREC, Allahabad, and a Master of Technology from IIT, Delhi.
Before joining Coal India, he served in the administrative post of Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) of the Asansol Division of Eastern Railway. Earlier, he was instrumental in many vigilance reforms and system improvements while working as Chief Vigilance Officer (Engg.) in Eastern Railway.
