Cdr. Harish Kumar set to join as General Manager at GRSE Regional Office, Delhi
Cdr Harish Kumar, IN (Retd.) joined GRSE on 01 Oct 2010 as Deputy General Manager (Regional Office, Delhi).
New Delhi: State-owned GRSE has announced that the Competent Authority has approved the re-designation of Cdr. Harish Kumar, IN (Retd.), AGM (Regional Office, Delhi) as General Manager at (Regional Office, Delhi) with effect from 01 May 2025.
Cdr Harish Kumar, IN (Retd.) joined GRSE on 01 Oct 2010 as Deputy General Manager (Regional Office, Delhi). He completed Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Andhra University, Master of Engineering (Mechanical) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and MBA in Financial Management. Prior to joining GRSE, he served in The Indian Navy for more than 21 years.

During his tenure in GRSE, he was assigned the task of liaising with various departments of Ministry of Defence, Indian Navy, Indian Army, Indian Coast Guard, OPE, PESB, Foreign Embassies and other Ministry/ Organizations of Govt of India for better coordination to expedite the various critical issues/cases related to GRSE business.
He has been re-designated as General Manager at (Regional Office, Delhi) with effect from 01 May 2025 enabling the Officer to discharge his functional responsibilities with more authorities with different stakeholders on behalf of GRSE.
