Engineers India Ltd gets Non-Official Independent Director on Board

State-owned Engineers India Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Mahesh Kumar Goyal as Non-Official Independent Director of the Board for a period of three years.

Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide its letter No. CA-31033/2/2021-PNG (39069) dated 09.05.2025 received on 13.05.2025 has informed that Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri Mahesh Kumar Goyal, as Non-official Independent Director on the Board of Engineers India Limited for a period of three years with effect from the date of this communication or until further order, whichever is earlier, the company stated through exchange filing.
