IRCTC Announces Major Leadership Changes in Finance and Catering Divisions

New Delhi, July 22, 2025. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), part of the Government of India under the Ministry of Railways, has shared important updates about its board of directors, following Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

1. Cessation of Shri Rabindra Nath Mishra  
Shri Rabindra Nath Mishra (DIN: 09050821), IRAS, has stepped down from the role of Director (Finance) at IRCTC effective July 22, 2025. This change comes in line with the Railway Board's directive in letter no. 2017/E(O)II/40/29.

2. Superannuation of Shri Lokiah Ravikumar  
The position of Director (Catering Services) at IRCTC will be vacant on August 1, 2025, due to Shri Lokiah Ravikumar’s retirement on July 31, 2025. The Ministry of Railways confirmed this in letter no. 2022/E(O)II/40/2, dated July 22, 2025. 

Until a new candidate is appointed, the extra responsibility of Director (Catering Services) will be given to Shri Manoj Kumar Sharma, IRTS, OSD/CS, IRCTC (on deputation), starting on or after August 1, 2025.

3. Appointment of Shri Pradeep Kumar Mall as Director (Finance)  
In a related development, Shri Pradeep Kumar Mall has been named the new Director (Finance) at IRCTC. His appointment comes after Shri Rabindra Nath Mishra’s departure from the additional charge. This is in line with the Railway Board’s notification dated July 22, 2025 (file no. 2017/E(O)II/40/29).

These changes bring a notable shift in IRCTC’s leadership as it prepares for the upcoming financial year and works to improve operations in catering, finance, and tourism.
