Madhulika Pathak Promoted as Principal Executive Director (Finance) at RailTel

New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has announced the promotion of Ms. Madhulika Pathak as Principal Executive Director (Finance). The appointment will be effective from the date she takes charge of the higher post. With this promotion, she has also become part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel, as informed to NSE and BSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

Who is Madhulika Pathak?

Ms. Pathak has been associated with RailTel since September 4, 2013, when she joined as Additional General Manager (Finance). Over the years, she has held several key leadership positions and was serving as Executive Director (Finance) before her latest promotion on January 13, 2026. She is a graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and a qualified Cost Accountant, with over 36 years of rich professional experience.

Before joining RailTel, she worked with reputed organizations such as RITES, IRCON International, and KEC International. At IRCON, she managed finance operations for major international projects and also handled finance responsibilities for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) projects. During her tenure at KEC, she was part of the South Asia Division, gaining extensive exposure to overseas business and project financing.

At RailTel, Ms. Pathak currently leads crucial functions such as policy formulation, marketing finance, capital investment planning, tendering, and financial strategy. She also plays a key role in handling business opportunities in emerging sectors including IT, ICT, Railway Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Data Centres, Cloud Services, and Cybersecurity.

The company clarified that there is no relationship between Ms. Pathak and any of the company’s directors. The promotion is expected to strengthen RailTel’s financial leadership as the company continues to expand its presence in India’s fast-growing digital infrastructure ecosystem.
