NMDC Ltd announces change in Key Management Personnel of Board
New Delhi: State-run NMDC Ltd has designated Shri K Venkateswarlu, General Manager (Finance) as Whole Time Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company till assumption of Charge of Whole Time Director (Finance) by new incumbent or till date of his superannuation i.e. 30.06.2025, whichever is earlier.
Shri K. Venkateswarlu is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a seasoned finance professional having working experience of 35 years in Corporate Finance, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Internal Finance Control, Treasury Operations in Metal & Mining andthe Insurance Industry.
