NHPC CMD Bhupender Gupta Celebrates Women’s Day & Promotes Women-Led Development

New Delhi, March 10, 2026: In a special programme organized at the NHPC Corporate Office, Faridabad, Shri Bhupender Gupta, CMD, NHPC, addressed the women employees on the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated globally on March 8.

Shri Gupta lauded the dedication, resilience, and professionalism of NHPC’s women workforce, emphasizing their critical role in the organization’s growth and success. He echoed the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of “Women-Led Development”, highlighting that empowering women is vital for achieving sustainable and inclusive national progress. He further underscored the importance of gender equality and women’s empowerment as key drivers for building a progressive and inclusive workplace, inspiring all employees to continue fostering an environment where women can thrive and lead with confidence.
