NMDC Assigns Additional Charge of Director (Personnel) to Joydeep Dasgupta

New Delhi: NMDC Steel Ltd. has assigned Shri Joydeep Dasgupta, currently Director (Production), the additional charge of Director (Personnel) for an initial tenure of three months, effective February 1, 2026, up to April 30, 2026, or until further orders.

The move follows the Ministry of Steel order No. S-14013/1/2025-BLA-Part(1) dated Jan 14, 2026, read with an earlier order dated March 20, 2023. The company disclosed the update under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Shri Dasgupta will continue to hold his current responsibilities as Director (Production) while overseeing the personnel functions, ensuring continuity in executive management and leadership across key departments.

This additional responsibility highlights the company’s approach to maintaining stable governance and operational efficiency at the leadership level.
