New Delhi, November 28, 2025: RailTel Corporation of India Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Sarika Aggarwal Synrem as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Company. This appointment follows the Ministry of Railways Order No. 2014/E(O)II/39/28, with an initial term of three years from the date she takes charge or until further notice, whichever comes first.
According to the official communication received on November 28, 2025, Ms. Synrem took charge on November 21, 2025. With this role, she joins RailTel's Senior Management team.

Ms. Synrem is a 2001-batch Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) officer with over 20 years of experience in defense finance, governance, program evaluation, capacity building, and revenue administration.
