RCF Appoints Rajnikant Tandel as Independent Director for Three Years

Mumbai, August 31, 2026: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has appointed Shri Rajnikant Bhulabhai Tandel as an Independent Director on its Board.

The appointment was approved through a circular resolution passed by the company's Board of Directors on August 31, 2026.

As per the regulatory disclosure, Tandel has been appointed as an Independent Director for a period of three years from the date of notification of appointment, August 13, 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rajnikant Tandel holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Law from South Gujarat University, Surat.

He is a practicing advocate with more than 20 years of experience in tax consultancy and liaisoning activities.

His professional experience includes matters related to:

• Income Tax

• Industrial consultancy

• Liaisoning activities

• Advisory support for traders and manufacturers

Social Service Background

Apart from his professional work, Tandel has been involved in social service and provides legal and professional advice to people in need.

He has also offered free notary services to school students, economically weaker individuals and senior citizens.

RCF Board Appointment: Key Details

The company also disclosed that there is no relationship between Tandel and the existing directors. The filing further stated that he has not been debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI or other regulatory authority order.
