BEML’s Director (Finance) Shri Anil Jerath has retired on superannuation effective 31 August 2026. CMD Shri Shantanu Roy has been given additional charge of the Finance portfolio from 1 September 2026.
Bengaluru: BEML Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the cessation of Shri Anil Jerath (DIN: 09543904) as Director (Finance) of the Company.
Shri Anil Jerath has superannuated and stands relieved from his services at BEML Limited from the closing hours of 31 August 2026.
Following his superannuation, Shri Shantanu Roy, Chairman & Managing Director of BEML Limited, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Finance) with effect from 1 September 2026.
