The appointment of Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post till the date of superannuation i.e. December 31, 2029.
PSU firm MIDHANI announces Intimation regarding the appointment of Chairman & Managing Director of the company, and Shri S.V.S. Narayana Murty has been appointed for the post.
In the regulatory filing, the company stated that the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence vide its letter dated April 15, 2025 conveyed appointment of Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company in the pay scale of Rs. 1,80,000 — 3,20,000/- (IDA Pattern) with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post till the date of superannuation i.e. December 31, 2029 or until further orders whichever is earlier.
Further, the DIN application of Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty is under process and date of charge assumption will be intimated.
