New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Shri Bimal Gopalachari for appointment as Managing Director of Central Cottage Industries Corporation of India Limited (Central Cottage Industries Corporation of India Limited), a Schedule C public sector enterprise under the Government of India.
The recommendation was made during PESB Meeting No. 41/2026, held at 10:30 AM on 20 May 2026 (Wednesday).
Selection Meeting Details
The selection process involved structured interviews of multiple senior executives from various Central Public Sector Enterprises and defence services. The board evaluated candidates based on leadership experience, domain expertise, and suitability for heading a Schedule C PSU.
