New Delhi, February 20, 2026: The Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) has issued an order entrusting the additional charge of the post of Director (Domestic Division), Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) to Shri H.S. Bajwa, IRTS, presently serving as Executive Director (Finance & Management) in the Railway Board.

About Shri H.S. Bajwa:
Shri H.S. Bajwa is an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and currently holds the position of Executive Director (Finance & Management) in the Railway Board. With this additional charge, he will oversee the Domestic Division of CONCOR, which handles containerized cargo movement and multimodal logistics services across India's domestic network, while continuing his existing responsibilities at the Railway Board.
About CONCOR:
Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Railways. It is the market leader in containerized multimodal logistics services in India, operating a vast network of container terminals including ICDs, DCTs, CFSs, and MMLPs across the country.
Nature of Appointment:
The additional charge arrangement is temporary, pending approval from the Competent Authority. Shri Bajwa will assume charge on or after March 1, 2026, and will continue to hold the additional position until further orders from the Ministry.
Copies of the order have been forwarded to Shri H.S. Bajwa, various officers in the Railway Board, the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), and other concerned authorities for information and necessary action.
