Shri Manoj Garg gets additional charge of Member (Planning) at Rail Land Development Authority

The Ministry of Railway under the Government of India has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Member (Planning), RLDA to Shri Manoj Garg, Vice Chairman, RLDA w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post on or after 28.02.2026 and until further orders.

The Competent Authority has approved this proposal as the consequence of the pre-mature repatriation of Shri Tarun Kumar Goyal, Member (Planning), Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) w.e.f. 28.02.2026.

Shri Garg is a senior officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) and he brings a vast experience of decades in project execution, engineering design, and infrastructure management in the Indian Railways ecosystem. His vital background demonstrates his seniority in the field of technical experience and strong influence in civil engineering works undertaking urban redevelopment initiatives.

RLDA (Rail Land Development Authority) is a statutory authority under the Railway Ministry for the development of vacant Railway Land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures.
