Chennai: The Tamil Nadu government on Sunday shunted out additional chief secretary Vikram Kapur as chairman and managing director of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Tangedco and Tantransco, and handed over the responsibilities to principal secretary Pradeep Yadav, managing director, Chennai Metro Rail, as full additional charge.
