Indian Information Service Officer of 1999 batch, Shri Prakash Magdum has been selected as new Managing Director of National Film Development Corporation for a period of five years with effect from date of his assumption of charge of post or until further orders.
The selection has been made under the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet.
Currently he is serving as Additional Director General at Press Information Bureau and Central Bureau of Communication, Ahmedabad.
